Inventory Control Manager - Field Supply Supervisor
About the role
The Inventory Control Manager - Field Supply Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory in field supply operations. This includes ensuring that supplies are replenished in a timely manner and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of field supply teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking, optimizing stock turnover.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication regarding supply needs.
- Ensure all supply orders are processed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
