Inventory Control Expeditor Lead (Production & Inventory Coordination) CVG 300 Shift 404

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication link between production teams and inventory control
• Ensure required materials are released, staged, and delivered to production areas on time
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate shortages or risks to supply chain or inventory teams
• Track material movement to ensure accuracy between inventory records and production usage
• Prioritize and expedite material requests based on production schedules and urgency
• Cook up and coordinate timely flow of materials to prevent delays or bottlenecks in production
• Verify that delivered materials match specifications, quantities, and quality requirements
• Follow up on pending or delayed material requests and escalate when necessary
• Verify that all materials delivered meet required standards before release to production
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory counts or material quality
• Aid in resolving issues related to missing, incorrect, or delayed materials
• Maintain organized staging and expediting areas
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
• Help implement process improvements to streamline material flow and reduce delays

• Strong SAP and ERP system proficiency
• RF gun usage and transfers
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (data tracking, reporting, and analysis)
