About the role

We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Auditor for our state-of-the-art Lakeland Distribution Center. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and be self-directed, but also able to work well with multiple departments, including making recommendations, requesting information, and directing others during audits.
  • Interact with both internal and external auditors when necessary and provide required assistance and information.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma, college experience is a plus.
  • A 4-year degree in a Business-related field, preferably in Audit or Accounting may be substituted for experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of operational warehouse inventory control experience.
  • Knowledge of distribution with multiple locations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of inventory audit and cycle functions, including complete audit area reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of bar-coding and real-time Inventory movement.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative-taking, self-starting, with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize or re-prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with Microsoft Access being a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
