Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely completion of all inventory management processes including:
- Daily and monthly cycle counts and audits
- Inventory maintenance: Aged Inventory, In-Transit bins, Installer bins, and Adjustments
- Daily audits of all physical locations/bins to ensure inventory is in the proper condition and located in the correct bins
- Completion of all assigned counts for Quarterly and Annual Physical Inventory
- Accurate counts of all “Equipment” and “Sample boards”
- Partner with Distribution Center and Market leaders to identify and correct inventory inaccuracies, including writing and completing corrective action plans
- Improve the accuracy of inventory storage
- Decrease the average time to resolve inventory accuracy issues such as:
- Timely reconciling of inventory reports
- Identifying or acting on product quality issues
- Support the training of new and existing employees on all inventory control processes:
- EOS Process adherence
- Physical storage standards
- Issue resolution, to include the proper steps to correct system and physical counts
- Review EOS reports to identify issues/opportunities with inventory accuracy, variances, or aging.
- Serve as the local leader for all physical inventories
- Actively implement all safety policies to create a strong safety culture
- Adhere to all posted Federal and State requirements, and all Company safety and operational policies and SOPs.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Computer skills (D365, Tableau, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task; strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently; and ability to set priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines
- Self-starter, action-oriented, problem-resolution-focused approach and personality
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends if necessary
- Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other equipment as necessary
- This position requires the ability to use an RF device to input and receive data
- This position requires the ability to use a phone and write with a pen or pencil
- The ability to physically and mentally perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Routinely lift, carry, push, and pull flooring materials weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the warehouse
- Operate a forklift and move product with equipment or manually
- This position requires the capability to work a variety of different hours throughout the day
- The ability to report to work on a regular basis
