Responsible for performing daily and scheduled inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records within the distribution center. The Cycle Counter plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts across assigned zones and locations within the distribution center.
- Help keep inventory records accurate and organized by following standard procedures.
- Perform slot checks.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate RF equipment, powered industrial trucks (PIT), and other warehouse tools (or willingness to learn).
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Display specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments (32°F – 95°F).
- Ability to work at heights.
- Frequent bending and kneeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of inventory experience minimum in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
Pay
$18.50 - $26.75 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
