Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
About the role
We are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator I to help maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Must have recent forklift experience
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Process inventory transactions using ERP/WMS systems
- Assist with inventory transfers, shipping, receiving, and assembly orders
- Support kitting operations and inventory movements
- Track daily inventory metrics and reports
- Work closely with warehouse and quality teams to support daily operations
Requirements
- Must have recent forklift experience
- 1–3 years of inventory control or warehouse inventory experience
- Experience using Excel and inventory management or ERP systems
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
