About the role
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, discrepancy research, and inventory reporting.
- Support quality assurance activities including inspections, rework, lock code management, corporate requests, and returns processing.
- Research and resolve inventory, quality, and operational exceptions while identifying trends and supporting root cause analysis.
- Maintain product profiling, slotting, and inventory optimization to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Partner with warehouse operations to resolve inventory and quality issues while providing operational support as business needs require.
- Perform other inventory, quality, and operational support functions as assigned to support daily business priorities, workload demands, customer service expectations, and the site's zero-based staffing methodology.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in Inventory Control in a Warehouse/distribution center setting
- Working knowledge of WMOS (Warehouse Management Operating System) and Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
- Able to read and match numbers and have knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, and multiplication)
- Able to solve problems and develop root cause through investigation and analysis
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable walking/standing 100% of the day
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, or warehouse operations
- Experience researching inventory discrepancies, inventory transactions, or warehouse exceptions
- Working knowledge of WES, distribution center operations, and cross-functional warehouse processes
