Essential Responsibilities
- Researches and documents root cause of inventory discrepancies. Ensures system count matches physical inventory.
- Updates WMS to match physical through various methods. Inputs required data elements into WMS and various other applications.
- Data setup and validation. Audits existing data for inaccuracies.
- Documents information on product hold and inspections.
- Reviews standard operating procedures and keeps documentation current.
- Works with inventory department management to document and train warehouse operations staff on inventory procedures.
- Supports operations through building wide housekeeping maintenance including cardboard and waste removal.
- Moves labor to balance building workload within the building.
- Contributes to a positive work environment in a manner that is consistent with KEEN expectations; Provides outstanding service to our partners and fans. Promotes a safety-first work environment. Shows respect for the KEEN brand; including teammates within the operation. Conducts self with reliable and punctual attendance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment. Experience in inventory control preferred.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment as needed and obtain any required certifications.
- Ability to solve problems with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Ability to positively lead and staff associate team members to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (e.g., hot summers, cold winters).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
