Inventory Control Clerk

About The Role

As an Inventory Control Clerk, you'll manage the flow of parts and materials critical to our mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in a high-speed, dynamic environment where every component counts. You'll work hands-on with operations, making an immediate impact while collaborating with supply chain, production, quality, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory requisition and disposition requests.
• Work closely with supply chain, production, quality, and engineering teams to support inventory needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize and update inventory management systems.
• Receive, inspect, and track incoming materials and parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
• Proficiency in Office Applications (Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP experience.
• Experience documenting standard operating procedures.

Pay

$27 - $27 an hour, plus equity (stock options).
