Inventory Control Associate I

Job Summary

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains count completeness reports and identifies materials needing counts.
• Conducts daily counts and reviews results, determining causes of errors and coding accordingly.
• Inputs and maintains count records and reports through SAP.
• Performs material transactions and Master Data maintenance as assigned.
• Collaborates with various functional areas including customer service, warehouse, accounting, purchasing, receiving, and assembly.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Some college education preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in inventory control, materials, production, or cost accounting environments.
• Cycle count and record reconciliation experience preferred.

Preferred Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing, and inventory control functions.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong math and numeric aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and to multitask.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Office environment.
