About the role
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will assist the Inventory Control Manager with the maintenance and tracking of product inventory levels to ensure proper counts and quality are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate counts of inventory
- Maintain inventory in correct locations
- Operate forklift and pallet jack
- Perform repetitive lifting tasks
Requirements
- At least 1 year of cycle counter experience
- Highly proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Computer knowledge, including sending emails and generating reports
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a drug screen and physical exam
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Able to work at heights using a lift (not afraid of heights)
- Able to read product lists and packages
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to handle product weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to repetitively lift
- Ability to learn to operate heavy warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Normal use of shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, feet, and legs
- Able to work in different warehouse temperature zones
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery horns)
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
