Inventory Control Associate

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to maintain system balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all inventory issues, adjustments, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and complete follow-up on previous adjustments.
• Complete and review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key, and review allocations.
• Receive products from vendors and check for quality; communicate potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Generally 2-5 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

Pay

For California job seekers, the pay range is $20.40–$28.10 per hour. This range is based on market data and internal pay practices, with individual base pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
