Inventory Control Associate

Premium Guard Inc is excited to announce that we are hiring an Inventory Control Associate for our location in Weirton, West Virginia to add to the Inventory Team.. We are seeking a true team player with the ability to prioritize and undertake individual or team projects to resolve problems independently. Key Responsibilities This position assists in the accurate verification of product and inventory levels within the facility. Duties include the counting of product and reporting of inventory within the warehouse. Monitors and maintain inventory levels. Performs cycle counts which includes accurate counting of product in forms of individual, carton, or pallet quantities and recording results. Reporting of any discrepancies (shortage/overage) to the Team Leader or Supervisor. Investigate causes for any discrepancies Follow safety guidelines of the Inventory Control department and general warehouse standards Operate mobile equipment per safety guidelines and requirements Use of electronic devices such as handheld scanners, tablets, and computers Experience operating Cherry Picker Other duties as assigned Recommend possible countermeasures for root cause of discrepancies
