This night-shift role maintains reliable inventory records and stock levels while following departmental procedures and the ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.
Responsibilities
- Receive, log, quality check, store, and distribute deliveries from the loading bay
- Maintain organized inventory and rotate stock in the appropriate date order
- Record stock movements and material issues accurately using inventory control systems
- Monitor stock levels, place timely orders, and follow up on outstanding purchase orders
- Analyze inventory reports and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with project managers, setup managers, suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, and other internal customers to resolve stock-related issues
- Prepare intercompany shipments and provide Logistics with the required shipment details and documentation
- Complete cycle counts, daily and weekly reporting, inventory dispositions, and internal material requisitions
