Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, log, store, and distribute incoming inventory deliveries
  • Maintain organized stock locations and execute inventory rotation activities
  • Record inventory transactions accurately using inventory control systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as required
  • Collaborate with laboratory teams, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues
  • Support cycle counts, inventory reporting, and inventory disposition activities
  • Manage purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
  • Prepare and coordinate inter-site inventory shipments and related documentation

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and inventory control systems
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, suppliers, and clients
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze inventory data and support process improvements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain fork truck certification
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,200.00 - $64,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
