About the Role
As an Inventory Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Our fulfillment associates provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they arise. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. This role requires eagerness to learn, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack product from warehouse shelves
- Restock and cycle count inventory
- Prep and kit special projects
- Assist any team within our warehouses that might need support on any given day (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, or wholesale)
- Support team members with questions and requests
- Understand and strive to hit expected target metrics; ask for support when needed
- Keep spaces organized and clean at all times
- Prioritize safety by following all safety procedures and reporting concerns
- Communicate clearly and candidly

Experience
- Experience in an automated environment
- Distribution Center knowledge
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Nice to haves:
- Inventory control experience
- Forklift Driver Experience
