Inventory Control Analyst - CLS

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of policies and procedures related to inventory auditing.
• Analyze and interpret audit results to recognize and report on high-risk situations.
• Evaluate audit data to recommend appropriate audit frequencies based on identified risks.
• Interface with on-site auditors and outsourced vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Communicate audit findings and trends to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of problem accounts, including those in SOT, bankruptcy, or liquidation status.
• Support the workout group in managing liquidations and other distressed accounts.
• Participate in due diligence and dealership monitoring processes as needed.
• Evaluate and report on the performance of the audit vendor for scheduling and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Understanding of automotive dealership operations and commercial lending practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding risk management.
• Flexible hybrid work environment and occasional overtime may be required.
• Experience working in an AI-enabled environment, including using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.
