Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with both internal and external customers and provide the customer with the requested information.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel.
• Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.
• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems.
• Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
• Prepare and provide the following on a daily and weekly basis: reporting and documentation relevant to inventory and productivity.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate inventory transactions across systems, monitor inbound and outbound components, and complete audit documentation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment - prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
• Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information assets as per the company's incident reporting process.
