Inventory Compliance Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Compliance Supervisor oversees all inventory management and compliance programs within the distribution center. This role reports directly to the inventory organization but also works closely with the facility's Operational Leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy
• Ensure cycle counting is completed in accordance with contractual agreements and as needed
• Oversee the administration of OS&D processes (Overages, shortages, damages)
• Process RTS (return to stocks)
• Manage the QA Hold Process
• Execute quarterly mock recalls for FSMA compliance and food traceability along with ensure all other Food Safety protocols are adhered to
• Search for missing pallets (38MIA/Suspense resolution)
• Manage expiring products and the disposal process
• Perform transaction histories
• Partner with engineering for proper re-slotting of primes
• Manage new item setups
• Oversee all IC’s communication with customer team
• Conduct process evaluations and audits
• Ensure compliance with all Food Safety Requirements (GMP Audits and FSMA adherence)
• Lead, train, and mentor all hourly IC Specialists

Requirements

Preferred knowledge of WMS system

Basic math skills

Exceptional communication skills

Email etiquette

MHE experience

Cycle counting

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Familiar with RF equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in inventory management or related field

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
