About the role
We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join our Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day administration, coordination, and management of inventory and procurement for the department. This position is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Set up new inventory warehouses and develop processes and procedures to maintain proper stock levels and accurate counts.
- Lead all procurement requirements for the Operations & Maintenance department.
- Apply problem-solving skills to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory challenges.
- Execute the sourcing process for the Operations & Maintenance department.
- Analyze responses to complex bid requests, identify commercial differences, and make recommendations for selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards.
- Develop new sources of supply and monitor ongoing supplier performance.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- High School Grad/GED.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may include eligibility to participate in bonus and equity programs.
