Inventory Clerk - Watertown, WI

About the role

Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
Operate inventory equipment and systems with confidence
Cross-reference production paperwork to verify accuracy
Update and correct inventory using the One World system
Assist with month-end inventory processes
Verify and record incoming inventory shipments
Process stock tags for raw materials and finished goods
Keep receiving records and production documentation organized
Follow all plant safety, food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and GMP standards
Support the team with additional duties as needed

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills (including rates, ratios, and percentages)
• Basic computer knowledge (experience with inventory software is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-focused mindset and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
