Inventory Clerk (Temporary)

About the role

Addium, Inc. is seeking to hire a temporary Inventory Clerk to support its Inventory/Receiving department, located in Pullman, Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and inventory duties to meet and support production and material supply strategies throughout the organization.
• Transact movements of material in the ERP system to maintain accurate and precise inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counting tasks to support inventory accuracy goals.
• Provide material support to functional areas within the headquarters.
• Communicate material concerns with respect to inventory level, quality, and rate of usage.
• Interact with production personnel to understand material requirements, concerns, and/or issues.
• Inventories accuracy counts at 98%
• No line down or lost shipments due to material management issues
• Keep inventory levels low with 4.5 turns per year
• Transactional accuracy of 98% or greater

Qualifications/Requirements

• Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent math skills & computer skills
• High attention to details
• Demonstrate organization skills & excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• 1+ years of relevant inventory/receiving and warehouse experience
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks or similar equipment
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Able to lift 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver's license
