Inventory Clerk - Returns Processing

About the Role

Supporting warehouse operations, this position manages shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to ensure accurate records and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Enter warehouse data and maintain accurate inventory documentation
• Route materials and prepare operational reports
• Update stock records and assist with stocking and order picking
• Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support customer returns process
• Respond to operational inquiries

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control

Qualifications

• Preferred certification: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
