Inventory Clerk I

About the role

T1 Energy is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate to support our fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position will maintain precise inventory compliance, manage stock optimization, and assist with general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory system data accurate and manage real-time updates within the WMS and ERP software.
• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately while ensuring all staging timelines are met.
• Restock and maintain an organized inventory of orders as needed to optimize space and operational efficiency.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing items for defects or damages, and report discrepancies as required.
• Prepare items securely for shipping, including wrapping, labeling, and palletizing.
• Strict adherence to all company warehouse procedures, safety measures, and government regulatory compliance.
• Perform other operational and cross-functional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Possess strong inventory skills, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of warehouse data systems and standard inventory control methods.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including either day or night shift operations.
• Demonstrate strong physical stamina and dexterity for work involving standing, walking, lifting, and moving heavy loads regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Experience utilizing ERP and WMS platforms, with proficient general computer skills.
• Proven ability to adhere to employer, local, and government safety regulations (OSHA).
