Inventory Clerk

What You'll Do...

• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company processes and procedures.
• Ensure product is shipped to the correct location, per the shipping instructions provided using the various freight company software
• Provide the Invoicing Clerk with the correct information to invoice the customer
• Support ongoing quality improvement processes to ensure all deliverables are produced defect free and aligned with technical specifications
• Follow standard operational procedures and work practices and policies to ensure consistency of output
• Perform Live Cycle counts as directed by Finance, Director of Manufacturing and Production manager
• Generate and monitor inventory reports and unissued materials reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in inventory control, shipping or manufacturing preferred
• Prior experience with UPS, UPS WorldShip, and Fed Ex preferred
• Computer skills including ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk or hear, use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, lift up to 60 pounds, push/pull 150 pounds, close vision, distance vision, adjust focus, low to moderate noise level
