Responsibilities
- Organize incoming merchandise from pallets or stacked freight and place items in the correct area for store allocation.
- Apply pricing to products based on distribution documents and operational instructions.
- Support shipping and receiving activities by helping load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Separate and distribute products according to purchase orders and assigned store shipments.
- Inspect freight for missing items or damaged goods and report discrepancies promptly.
- Use warehouse tools and current inventory technology to find, track, and move merchandise accurately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or order fulfillment work preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory tracking, asset handling, and physical inventory practices.
- Able to follow pricing guides, shipping paperwork, and order documentation with accuracy.
- Comfortable performing repeated sorting, picking, and merchandise handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and working in an onsite warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail when identifying shortages, damages, and location errors.
- Availability to work assigned day or night shifts, with occasional weekend hours as needed.
Qualifications
Must be available M-F with the occasional Saturday from 7AM-4PM.
Skills
Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or order fulfillment work preferred.
