Inventory Clerk

About the role

Ed Morse Automotive Group, with 80+ years of industry experience, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our expanding team. We operate over 60 locations across FL, TX, OK, MO, MT, IL, IA, CO, and AZ, representing 40+ automotive, powersports, and motorcycle brands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document inventory of automotive parts and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and report on incoming shipments.
• Enter inventory data accurately into the system.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in predicting inventory needs.
• Liaise with other departments on inventory matters.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
