Inventory Clerk

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory operations at our Worcester, MA location. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and reconciling cannabis and non-cannabis inventory while following company procedures and applicable Massachusetts regulations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working with inventory systems, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory.
• Track cannabis inventory and complete inventory transactions in METRC.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with cannabis packaging, labeling, and shipping activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and required documentation.
• Prepare inventory documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Organize packaging, supplies, and other non-cannabis materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and periodic audits.
• Follow company procedures for inventory handling, storage, and recordkeeping.
• Communicate inventory issues, discrepancies, and supply needs to management.
• Perform other inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• METRC experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to meet Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission employment requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive inventory tasks.
• Ability to work in warehouse, production, and cultivation environments.

Schedule

Full-time | Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts based on business needs.

Pay

$20.00 per hour
