About the role
The Inventory Associate will work on both Records Retention Program (RRP) and Fixed Asset Management Program (FAMP) projects.
- RRP – Classify, sort, and determine the destruction date for client documents with retention requirements. Documents are boxed and labeled accordingly.
- FAMP – Provide physical inventories of client assets. Information is stored in a database and used for depreciation reports and inventory tracking.
Both projects are supervised by a Project Coordinator (PC). Training is provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of RRP and FAMP projects. Applicants can be from San Antonio, Dallas, or Houston.
Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both RRP and FAMP projects.
- Ensure accurate collection of data for all projects.
- Receive and review daily activities with the Project Coordinator.
- Perform daily and weekly quality control checks with the Project Coordinator.
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain relevant data.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and the Project Coordinator.
- Resolve issues with clients and provide feedback to the Project Coordinator.
- Perform other duties as assigned by RCI leadership.
Requirements
This position requires accurate collection and recording of client data for the Records Retention Program (RRP) and Fixed Asset Management Program (FAMP). The Inventory Associate works within a team environment and must be able to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, and a passion for customer experience are essential.
- Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
