Job Description
Secures quality food and supplies from authorized and approved vendors.
Maintains proper storage, stock rotation and security measures while complying with stringent HACCP, regulatory and departmental requirements.
Validates purchase orders and the accuracy of delivery invoices such as items received, quality specified, quantity ordered and price extensions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
