Inventory Associate

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Type quality descriptions and identifiers into a computer database
• Photograph 40% of items
• Monitor special accounts and products
• Find clues to identify shippers
• Lift an average of 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Stand for the full shift; pull items from conveyor to process

Requirements

• Team player with a positive outlook, always helping achieve team goals
• Reliable attendance; can be counted on to be on the job
• Consistently achieve 9-10 entries per hour
• High accuracy with excellent spelling and attention to detail
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm

Pay

Starts from $18.50 – $19.50 per hour

Schedule

1st shift: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday-Friday)

We are an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed, and excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory through our well-known local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sales (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week). We process over 1 million unique SKUs annually, arriving in 40-60 trailer loads per week. The variety is vast, ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer purses) to commercial goods (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).
