Inventory Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct physical counts of product, including cycle counts, aisle checks, vintage verification, and other checks as needed.
• Track physical counts, looking for trends.
• Identify product that can be removed from forward pick locations to continuously ensure items with most activity are easiest to pick.
• Research driver shorts, hand back orders, and any other invoice delivery issues.
• Assist in returns process, putting bottles and cases in storage locations.
• Perform other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No prior experience required
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
• Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Multi-tasking, working independently and/or within a team, paying attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
• Analytic and reporting skills
• Utilizing sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Remain in a stationary position at times
• Communicate, and operate a computer and telephone
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Compensation

• $18.38 - $22.84/hr
