Inventory Analyst
About the role
IONNA is seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate, end-to-end visibility of service parts and critical inventory supporting IONNA’s nationwide EV charging network. This role will track parts throughout their complete lifecycle, including on-hand inventory, forward stocking locations, field deployment, return merchandise authorization (RMA), repair, retrofit, replenishment, warranty claims, and return to available stock. The Inventory Analyst will monitor the time each part remains in a particular status, identify delays or exceptions, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure inventory progresses through its lifecycle within applicable service-level requirements.
