Responsibilities

  • Design and manage consistency in master data creation, changes, and deletions.
  • Kick off and manage projects to clean up current master data (customers, materials, vendors).
  • Establish new processes and quality metrics around master data elements to ensure ongoing consistencies.
  • Analyze and develop system improvements (SAP), create trainings, notifications, and start dates, and work with improvement teams for better utilization and functionality.
  • Provide service to all departments regarding the use and manufacturing system processes, through trainings and audit processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science/Engineering or related discipline.
  • Ability to quickly build and develop effective working relationships across all levels and functional areas.
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and identify and implement solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Prior to 4 years’ experience in effectively managing master data in a complex ERP environment.
  • 1-2 years’ experience with SAP WM/PP modules.
  • Expertise with data profiling, data cleansing, and standardization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including process documentation and presentation skills.
