Responsibilities
- Design and manage consistency in master data creation, changes, and deletions.
- Kick off and manage projects to clean up current master data (customers, materials, vendors).
- Establish new processes and quality metrics around master data elements to ensure ongoing consistencies.
- Analyze and develop system improvements (SAP), create trainings, notifications, and start dates, and work with improvement teams for better utilization and functionality.
- Provide service to all departments regarding the use and manufacturing system processes, through trainings and audit processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science/Engineering or related discipline.
- Ability to quickly build and develop effective working relationships across all levels and functional areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and identify and implement solutions.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior to 4 years’ experience in effectively managing master data in a complex ERP environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience with SAP WM/PP modules.
- Expertise with data profiling, data cleansing, and standardization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including process documentation and presentation skills.
