Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Analyst supports inventory and manufacturing operations through advanced data tracking, reporting, and analysis. This role leads efforts to maintain high‑quality data, improve reporting processes, and develop tools to increase operational visibility. The position serves as a key resource for production data integrity and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Track, report, and analyze inventory and manufacturing data.
• Lead initiatives to maintain high‑quality data across systems.
• Improve existing reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop tools that enhance operational visibility for production and inventory teams.
• Act as a central resource for ensuring production data integrity.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts between Production, Inventory, and Financial teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with Production, Inventory, and Financial teams at all organizational levels, from Associate to Management.
