About the role
IMEG is hiring engineers, surveyors, planners, and geotechnical professionals across its local offices nationwide to support impactful work in site development, transportation, stormwater systems, land use planning, and geotechnical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop civil infrastructure using Civil 3D, GIS, and modeling tools
- Plan and coordinate field surveys, site layouts, and utility systems
- Support permitting, planning approvals, and regulatory documentation
- Contribute to projects in healthcare, education, government, and commercial sectors
- Collaborate across disciplines on community-focused, sustainable design
Requirements
- Experienced civil engineers
- Field surveyors (including party chiefs and PLS)
- Urban and land use planners (including entitlements, zoning, and permitting)
- Geotechnical engineers (including soils, foundations, and testing)
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in relevant fields
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for creating sustainable and community-focused infrastructure
Skills
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, GIS, and related software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
