Primary Duties
- Maintain game play fairness and mitigate risk.
- Understand and apply current sport rules.
- Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings.
- Adhere to and enforce risk management guidelines and policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with staff, participants, and spectators.
- Assist with facility set-up and tear-down.
- Conduct and/or assist with daily cleaning operations.
- Absorb all staff policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Procure and handle concussion recognition certification.
- Assist in marketing the Intramural Sports program.
Additional Information
- Campus Recreation offers development opportunities including conferences and RDL committee roles.
- The position may require early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Enrolled at a post-secondary institution or secondary school, at least part-time (except summer term).
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Essential Certifications
- Clery Certification
- Fire Extinguisher Certification
- NFHS Concussion in Sports Certification

Compensation and Benefits
- $11.40/Hour
- 20% discount of programs and services (excluding Pro Shop)
