INTL TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALYST 2
The Role
Act as a focal point within trade compliance team, for various trade compliance activities (public release reviews, import broker billing, import reviews, occasional tariff classifications, etc.). Assist with implementation of comprehensive internal export and import controls to ensure compliance with U.S. trade compliance regulations. Assist with review/approval of technical data release determinations, foreign travel, foreign visits, and expat and import shipments. Maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance company and regulatory requirements. Support Law Department and Corporate, as needed, for resolving compliance issues, concerns, or complaints. Assist with training plan implementation and audit assessment programs to ensure effectiveness of internal controls. Run/review denied party screenings, as needed. Run reports and generate metrics, as needed, for export and import processes.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of / experience with trade compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR, CBP regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong records maintenance experience preferred
