About the role

Now Hiring Leaders for JINYA Ramen Bar locations in Lake Grove, Massapequa Park, and East Meadow. An in-person hiring event will be held on Tuesday, August 4th from 10am - 4pm at the Residence Inn - 700 Garden City Plaza in Garden City.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-performing teams for two new JINYA Ramen Bar locations
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and passion for hospitality
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure food quality and safety
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of current restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a people-first mindset
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • ServSafe certification (training provided)

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more
  • Proven track record of driving business growth
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Customer service orientation
