Interview Coach for HR Professionals (Independent Contractor, 1099)

BEECLAT is looking for experienced interviewers to join our advisor pool as Interview Coaches. What makes BEECLAT different: we match every student and job seeker with an advisor from their own field of work, or the field they're aiming for. If you've interviewed and hired people in your industry, you're exactly who they need to practice with. What you'll do- Run one-on-one mock interviews, by video, with students and job seekers in your field- Give honest, practical feedback on answers, presence and storytelling- Share what hiring managers in your field actually look for Requirements- 3+ years of experience interviewing or hiring candidates (HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a hiring manager in any industry)- Based in the United States and eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)- Strong, clear, encouraging communication skills- A computer with a webcam, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet space for video sessions- Comfortable using video calls and simple online scheduling tools- Able to complete our advisor form, including a short recorded intro and ID verification Why join- Fully remote, set your own schedule- Paid per session as an independent contractor (1099)- Help people land jobs in the field you know best To apply, fill out our short advisor form at https://beeclat.com/apply
