We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove application instructions. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay: we have compensation details: starting teacher salary $59,500, stipends, performance-based compensation, additional hourly compensation for after school tutoring or Saturday school. So we can include Pay section with that info. Benefits: we have benefits described. Schedule: maybe mention minimum 40+ hours per week, after-school tutoring or Saturday school as assigned. That could be schedule. Also "Work closely..." etc. So schedule section can include hours. We need sections: About the role (mission description), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe education, experience, licensure), Qualifications (maybe content proficiency), Skills (knowledge and skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create empty sections. Ensure each has content. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title. The posting title is "IDEA Interventionist Teacher". Not to repeat as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like "To Apply Please submit your application online through Jobvite..." etc. Also remove EEO statements, contact info, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: mission description, compensation, benefits, service record requirement, etc. Let's extract content. Mission/About the role: The IDEA Interventionist Teacher intervenes with small groups of students who have identified gaps of 2 or more years in Reading and/or Math with the goal of closing that gap by 2 years in just one school year. This is an approach to academic intervention used to provide systematic, and appropriately intensive assistance to children who are at risk for or already underperforming as compared to appropriate grade- or age-level standards. Intervention teachers will use universal screening, Direct Instruction intervention, frequent progress monitoring, and increasingly intensive research-based instruction and interventions for students who continue to have difficulty. This position is grant-funded with Title I Part A funds. This is a grant-funded position and funding may be extended. A grant-funded position has no guarantee of ongoing and indefinite employment. All duties and responsibilities tied to this position are allowable and allocable to the grant. The employee will work solely (100%) on allowable activities outlined in the grant program. That's about the role. Responsibilities: list of duties: Teach Critical Student Intervention (CSI) instruction utilizing on model programming for small groups consisting of students in 3rd-8th grade that are academically at risk in reading and/or math to include students in general education, 504, Response to Intervention, Special Education, and English Language; Teach district approved research-based intervention to small groups consisting of students in Kinder-2nd grade (dependent on campus assignment) that are academically at risk in reading and/or math to include student in general education, 504, Response to Intervention, Special Education, and English Language Learners.; Teach district approved research-based intervention to small groups consisting of students that are in 9th-12th grade (dependent on campus assignment) academically at risk to graduate to include student in general education, 504, Response to Intervention, Special Education, and English Language Learners; Work closely with general education teachers in order to coordinate the support they are providing to students requiring intervention; Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations; Learn, master and deliver relevant content and grade level curriculum, core content objectives and texts; Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback; Implement formal and informal assessments to track each individual student’s progress and learning needs, adjust lesson plans accordingly and update gradebook weekly; Communicate students’ progress with student and family on a weekly basis; Effective facilitation and personal use of technology as a communication and educational tool to improve student achievement and manage work related tasks; Implement a clear and consistent behavior management system that aligns to campus- wide initiatives while developing students’ character and sense of community in the classroom; Help shape and develop a school wide culture that fosters a productive and enthusiastic learning environment for each student; Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with students and families based on trust, understanding and respect for the communities in which they identify; Host necessary tutoring sessions to meet all students’ needs; Participate in weekly manager check-ins, grade-level meetings, before and after-school duties, and school wide meetings and functions; Engage in summer and year-long district, school and personal learning and development; Minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per week; Additional responsibilities may include: after-school tutoring or Saturday school and are based on the needs of our scholars. Also "We look for Team and Family who embody the following values and characteristics:" list of values. Those could be part of Requirements or maybe Qualifications? They are more about desired traits. Could be under "Qualifications" or "Skills". We'll decide. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution (required); Experience: Experience in a K-12 classroom setting (strongly preferred); Licenses or Certifications: State certification preferred but not required; Service Record Requirement: To ensure compliance with Texas Education Code21.4031 and accurately verify creditable service, candidates selected for this position must submit official electronic service records from previous educational employers. Service records will be used to validate professional experience and determine creditable years of service and compensation, as applicable. Qualifications: High level of content-area proficiency in Math and/or ELA as evidenced by teaching certification, field of study, or work-experience; Knowledge of core academic subject assigned and ability to pass an IDEA content assessment; Knowledge of curriculum and instruction; Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior; Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment. Skills: maybe the same as qualifications? But we can separate: Knowledge And Skills section includes: Knowledge of core academic subject assigned and ability to pass an IDEA content assessment; Knowledge of curriculum and instruction; Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior; Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment. But we already used some in Qualifications. Might be overlapping. Let's think: The posting has sections: "What You Bring – Competencies" then "Qualifications" then "Knowledge And Skills". So we can treat "Qualifications" as education/experience/licenses, and "Knowledge And Skills" as skills. So we will have: - Requirements: Education, Experience, Licenses/Certifications, Service Record. - Qualifications: High level of content-area proficiency in Math and/or ELA as evidenced by teaching certification, field of study, or work-experience. - Skills: Knowledge of core academic subject assigned and ability to pass an IDEA content assessment; Knowledge of curriculum and instruction; Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior; Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment. But also there is list of values/characteristics under "We look for Team and Family who embody the following values and characteristics:" Could be part of "Qualifications" or maybe separate "Values". Since we don't have a specific heading for values, we could include them under "Qualifications" as additional bullet points. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate them into Qualifications or Skills. However they are not exactly qualifications but values. Might be okay to put under Qualifications as additional bullet points. But we must not create sections with filler. Values are substantive. We'll include them under Qualifications as bullet points. Now Benefits: list: comprehensive benefits plan covering majority of employee premium for base medical plan and subsidizing majority of costs for spouse/domestic partner and children. Paid Family Leave: up to 8 weeks paid leave for birth or adoption based on tenure and caregiver designation. Tuition Reimbursement: up to 50% of tuition paid toward qualifying degree program, up to $5,250 max per year subject to manager discretion and budget availability. Employer-Paid Mental/Behavioral Health: 5 face-to-face counseling sessions within a year, unlimited 24/7 telephonic counseling, and other work-life services at no cost. Other benefits include dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, flexible spending account options, generous vacation time, referral bonuses, professional development, and a 403(b) plan. IDEA may offer a relocation allowance to defray the cost of moving for this role, if applicable. Pay: Starting teacher salary for 0 years experience $59,500. Eligible for various stipends based on certifications, credentials, and campus leadership ranging from $500-$4,000 each. Additional performance-based compensation. Additional hourly compensation provided for after school tutoring or Saturday school as assigned. Schedule: Minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per week. Additional responsibilities may include after-school tutoring or Saturday school based on needs. We could combine schedule with Pay? But better separate. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. We'll structure:
