Position Summary
The FFT-CW Interventionist supports families in the Low-Risk track, focusing on those more likely to engage in community-based interventions. They assess relationships, make referrals, and monitor community services.
Essential Duties
- Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Administer treatment consistent with the FFT-CW Low-Risk model.
- Research and identify appropriate community-based services.
- Make referrals/appointments to community-based agencies.
- Attend all FFT-CW trainings and mandated ACS trainings.
- Participate in weekly Staffing with FFT-CW Site Lead.
- Complete FFT-CW documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain monthly casework home-based contact requirements.
- Be available by phone 24/7 for client crises.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Conduct sessions on weekends as needed.
- Work independently and contribute to a team.
- Implement FFT-CW Low-Risk protocols and interventions.
- Fulfill OCFS and ACS accountability requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or BA in an equivalent field.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Experience working with adolescents and families in child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice settings.

- Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including writing well and meeting documentation deadlines.
- Computer literate.
