Interventionist (FFT-CW)

Position Summary

The FFT-CW Interventionist supports families in the Low-Risk track, focusing on those more likely to engage in community-based interventions. They assess relationships, make referrals, and monitor community services.

Essential Duties

• Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Administer treatment consistent with the FFT-CW Low-Risk model.
• Research and identify appropriate community-based services.
• Make referrals/appointments to community-based agencies.
• Attend all FFT-CW trainings and mandated ACS trainings.
• Participate in weekly Staffing with FFT-CW Site Lead.
• Complete FFT-CW documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain monthly casework home-based contact requirements.
• Be available by phone 24/7 for client crises.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Conduct sessions on weekends as needed.
• Work independently and contribute to a team.
• Implement FFT-CW Low-Risk protocols and interventions.
• Fulfill OCFS and ACS accountability requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or BA in an equivalent field.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience working with adolescents and families in child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice settings.
