About the role
Responsible for performing Angiography procedures, including scrubbing, setting techniques, and capturing images. Provides procedural assistance as a circulating, scrub, or monitoring tech, following lab policies and scope of practice. Ensures patient identification, prepares patients for exams, and maintains radiation safety standards. Develops expertise in invasive, diagnostic, and interventional supplies, procedures, and proper use. Follows protocols for medical necessity, coding, consent, QC, and reports equipment issues. Offers patient education, ensures comfort, and addresses concerns.

- Stock supplies and assist with patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years angiography/interventional experience or Vascular/Interventional radiography certification
- Ability to respond to emergent situations independently and within a team
- Effective communication and infection control knowledge
- Proficiency in complex diagnostic and interventional procedures
Licenses & Certifications
- ARRT
- BCLS
- ACLS (within 120 days)
- PALS (if pediatric)
- Relevant state licensure
- VIR certification preferred
