Interventional Technologist

About the role

We seek a skilled full-time Interventional Technologist responsible for performing angiography procedures, scrubbing, setting techniques, and capturing images. The role involves coordinating patient care, operating IR equipment, and executing advanced interventional procedures such as ablations, stents, thrombectomy, embolization, and atherectomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform angiography procedures, including scrubbing, setting techniques, and capturing images
• Coordinate patient care throughout procedures
• Operate interventional radiology equipment
• Execute advanced interventional procedures including ablations, stents, thrombectomy, embolization, and atherectomy
• Train new staff members
• Ensure quality imaging and understand anatomy and pathology related to procedures
• Deliver exceptional care and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Mentor staff members

Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Applicable state license
• ARRT registration
• Level I candidates: at least 1 year of interventional experience or vascular radiography certification
• Additional certifications preferred: ACLS and PALS
