Join Duke in Garner, NC! The Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a talented Physiatrist to join our faculty in Wake County. The Division of PM&R began in March 2026 as a shared division within the Departments of Neurosurgery and Orthopaedic Surgery, and we are experiencing significant growth, clinically and academically. We are currently seeking excellent candidates with great clinical acumen to provide patients with high-quality care. Duke represents excellence in spine care, research, and education. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Work within a multidisciplinary, team‑based approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the clinical and academic growth of the Division of PM&R.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency program.
- Either a NASS‑recognized ISMM fellowship or an ACGME‑accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
- Board eligible or certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical acumen and dedication to compassionate patient care.
- Experience (or recent training) as a practitioner committed to high‑quality, multidisciplinary care.
