Interventional Radiology Technologist Per Diem
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes PURPOSE AND SCOPE, PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS, SUPERVISION, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS, plus some other statements like drug-free workplace, EOE etc (boilerplate). We need to map to sections.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (purpose and scope). Responsibilities (principal duties). Requirements (maybe education, experience, required skills). Qualifications (maybe certifications). Skills (maybe specific skills). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present (no mention). So we should not include those sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading (none given). No Job ID.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract purpose and scope text, duties list, etc.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
We need to remove boilerplate: "Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace..." and "EOE, disability/veterans". Also maybe "SUPERVISION: None" under SUPERVISION? That's minimal but maybe we can drop as not substantive? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." SUPERVISION: None is minor metadata; we could drop it or put in a short
. Probably drop it as not substantive.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine education, experience, required skills), Qualifications (maybe certifications), Skills (maybe specific skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Education, Experience, Required Skills into Requirements section. Qualifications could be certifications (ARRT, State Licensure, Interventional Radiology certificate). Skills could be specific skills like knowledge of interventional equipment, sterile techniques, universal precautions, BLS certification, inventory monitoring, computer proficiency.
But we need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All content we have is substantive.
Let's extract:
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
"Supports the Organization’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the Organization’s Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and policy requirements. Assists physicians in performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures. Responsible for the operation and quality control of the radiological equipment in accordance with the Organization’s policies, procedures, and training. Assists with the inventory and supply management."
That's prose.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: a long list. We need to turn into
- items. Each sentence seems a duty. We'll break at periods.

- Participates in all facility regulatory and accreditation surveys and action plans to address any deficiencies identified.
- Other duties as assigned.
That's many items.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not among allowed headings; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we could put physical demands under Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably under Requirements as it's about job requirements. But we could also create a separate section "Requirements" and include education, experience, skills, physical demands. However we need to avoid thin sections. We'll include all that under Requirements.
EDUCATION: "High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; and Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure (as per state regulations)Interventional Radiology certificate preferred."
We need to parse: Actually there is missing punctuation: "High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; and Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure (as per state regulations)Interventional Radiology certificate preferred."
We'll treat as separate items.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: "4 – 6 years’ related experience desirable. 1 year experience preferred for Candidates with ARRT. Working knowledge of interventional equipment (including C-Arm and Ultrasound equipment).Experience with interventional procedures, using/ordering/maintaining required materials/supplies for each procedure.Knowledge and experience of sterile techniques.Knowledge of universal precautions and personal protective devices to be utilized when operating radiology systems. Successfully complete BLS certification. Experience with monitoring and maintaining inventory.Proficient in the use of computers and related software such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)."
Also there is "Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. EOE, disability/veterans" which is boilerplate to drop.
Thus we need to map:
- About the role: purpose and scope.
- Responsibilities: principal duties list.
- Requirements: education, experience, physical demands, maybe also certifications? But we have Qualifications for certifications.
- Qualifications: ARRT Certification, State Licensure, Interventional Radiology certificate.
- Skills: working knowledge of interventional equipment, experience with interventional procedures, knowledge of sterile techniques, universal precautions, BLS certification, inventory monitoring, computer proficiency.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract each.
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Certifications/Qualifications: Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure (as per state regulations); Interventional Radiology certificate preferred.
Experience: 4 – 6 years’ related experience desirable; 1 year experience preferred for Candidates with ARRT.
Physical demands: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and to perform patient transfers and positioning of patients up to 400 pounds. Must be able to stand in a protective apron for up to 45-60 minutes.10% Travel.
We could include physical demands under Requirements as well.
Skills: Working knowledge of interventional equipment (including C-Arm and Ultrasound equipment). Experience with interventional procedures, using/ordering/maintaining required materials/supplies for each procedure. Knowledge and experience of sterile techniques. Knowledge of universal precautions and personal protective devices to be utilized when operating radiology systems. Successfully complete BLS certification. Experience with monitoring and maintaining inventory. Proficient in the use of computers and related software such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings
and appropriate content.
We must not include empty sections. So we will have:
About the role
... purpose and scope ...
Responsibilities
- ... each duty ...
...
Requirements
We need to decide format: Could be for prose combined with
for lists? The instruction: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So if we have a list of requirements (education, experience, physical demands) we should use
- . If we have prose, use
. We'll likely have a list.
Thus:
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure (as per state regulations).
- Interventional Radiology certificate preferred.
- 4 – 6 years’ related experience desirable; 1 year experience preferred for Candidates with ARRT.
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and to perform patient transfers and positioning of patients up to 400 pounds.
- Must be able to stand in a protective apron for up to 45‑60 minutes.
- Work environment: health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels; may be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
