Interventional Radiology Technologist Cardiology Full Time Sign On Bonus Eligible

About the role

The Interventional Radiology Technologist reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory and accreditation standards. This role performs a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing digital imaging.

Responsibilities

• Functions in scrub and circulating roles under general physician supervision.
• Performs image reconstruction and processing.
• Assists with Interventional Lab patient preparation, transportation, and recovery as necessary.
• Provides call coverage as scheduled.

Requirements

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Graduate of an accredited radiology school—RT (R).
• LIC IDNSREG ARRTCERT.
• BLS certification.

Qualifications

Preferred: One year of Interventional Lab experience.
