Role: Nurse Manager I for Interventional Radiology nursing team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality care for complex IR procedures.Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional development.Coordinate with radiologists and IT teams to optimize workflows and improve communication through digital tools.Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold regulatory and safety standards.Support a fast-paced, technology-enabled care environment by ensuring efficient documentation and communication processes.
