RP Sol is seeking a full-time fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist to support our growing practice in Tucson, AZ. This opportunity is a full-time, 100% IR, partnership track position. Independent contractor opportunities are also available.

About the role

• 100% IR focused
• Flexible scheduling options: 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off
• Support provided by 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for light IR procedures
• Opportunity to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice
• Additional support tools including VRAs, AI tools, and 24/7 IT and administrative support
• Next-generation operation system MosaicOS™: a fully cloud- and AI-native platform merging diagnostic technologies, AI-powered tools, and smart workflows into a single scalable solution
• Supportive leadership team with strong working relationships with trauma surgeons

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures with strong procedural skills and expertise
• Advanced procedures include cryoablation, embolizations, kyphoplasty, TIPS, UFE, and more

Requirements

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in Arizona
• Fellows and residents welcome to apply
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology

Pay

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$550,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
