Interventional Pain Physician MD/DO

Compass Palliative Care, a leading California-based palliative care provider, is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Physician to provide pain management services in an outpatient pain clinic.

About the role

The physician will primarily perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures on a flexible part-time schedule of 1 day per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures
• Develop treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and educate patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• MD or DO with training in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or a related specialty
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Active DEA license
• Experience performing fluoroscopy-guided pain procedures
• Current certification/qualification to perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures
• Interventional Pain fellowship preferred
